Our main products are Zinc Chloride and Zinc Salts, which we have been selling in over 50 countries. These products are manufactured by our factory SA Lipmes.

This is a private owned Stock Company, founded in 1959 and located in Manresa, about 60 km west of Barcelona, Spain. This location is at the heartland of the Catalonian Industrial region, with Barcelona as its centre and Harbour.

The factory covers and area of 14.000 square meters, of which 3.000 square meters are buildings for the production of:

• Zinc Chloride Liquid and Solid
• Zinc Ammonium Salts

Since the foundation of S.A. LIPMES, the main goal has been to produce a high quality product at a competitive price, and always focusing in protecting the environment.

The quality of the products is assured through strict quality controls along the whole production process, which complies with the requirements of the quality system:

UNE-EN-ISO9003.

Regarding environmental care, the company has taken steps that can be grouped in:

• Environmental Policy covering all the sources of supply and raw materials.
• All emissions are part of and controlled under Environmental Policy guidelines.
• The Environmental Policy is committed to achieve full compliance with the Environmental Laws of the European Union.
• There is a Special Waste Management policy co-ordinated by the General manager.

The above measures have allowed SA Lipmes to obtain the:

Environmental Quality Certificate ISO 14001 and EMAS-EEC 761/2001.
